Hit a snag? We’re on it.
Proof Hunter is built by a small team. The fastest way to reach us — for bug reports, account questions, takedown requests, or anything else — is email.

Common questions
I can’t sign in.
Make sure you’re using the same email address you signed up with. If you used “Sign in with Apple” or “Sign in with Google,” use that same option again — switching between sign-in methods on the same email can create a second account. Still stuck? Email us with the address you used and we’ll sort it.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. We remove your profile and the sightings attached to it, subject to backup retention windows. You can also email proofhunter@quickhop.com and we’ll do it for you.
I see a sighting that’s wrong, fake, or offensive.
Tap the sighting and use “Report.” Reports are reviewed by the Proof Hunter team. The integrity of the Proved signal matters more than the volume of reports, so we do read them all.
I’m a store owner — I don’t want my store in Proof Hunter.
Email proofhunter@quickhop.com from a verifiable business address and we’ll work with you on the listing.
I’m a brand — can hunters tag my bottle?
Yes. Proof Hunter catalogs spirits broadly, and hunters submit sightings of the bottles they see. If something’s mis-cataloged or you want to talk, email us.
Bug reports and feature requests
Send a short description, the device and OS you’re on, and a screenshot if you can grab one. We read every note.
